Confirmations
Five days prior to your appointment, our automated system will send an email and/or text message, prompting you to confirm, reschedule or cancel your reservation. If a response has not been received by two business days ahead of your appointment, we will make a courtesy call or send another message to request your confirmation status. If your reservation still remains unconfirmed 24 hours in advance of your appointment (48 hours for Monday appointments), your reservation may be canceled.
Modifications & Cancelations
Any appointment you make with us is reserved especially for you. In the event a scheduling adjustment is necessary, we will gladly assist in making date and time changes to your reservation. However, we respectfully require a 24-hour minimum notice for the cancelation or rescheduling of treatments. If your appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled for any reason, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
Our policies are enforced so that our aestheticians do not miss opportunities to serve other clients. If you miss your appointment or provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a $45 charge will be incurred.
