Delivery Details

While we strive to process orders on the same business day, please allow up to two business days after order confirmation for the shipment of merchandise, including gift cards. With the exception of digital gift cards, packages are delivered via FedEx two-day service.

Returns

Refunds are eligible on limited items within 30 days of the order date. Please email us at hello@kurrmedspa.com for consideration of a refund and prior authorization of the return; items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging. If approved, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend a shipping service that can provide insurance for the full value of the returned item(s). A copy of the original invoice should be included in the package so that the online transaction may be identified once received. Original shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount due. Traditional gift cards and digital gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
